Current market trend: increasingly travel agencies seek to work directly with hotels and DMCs and prefer to bypass tours operators. Therefore it is imperative to make sales calls to travel agencies and to attend B2B trade fairs in order to familiarize them with our customers' products.

Kihaad Maldives 4*+ the first hotel Natural Reserve

Kihaad Maldives is located on Baa atoll, in front of Anifaru bay, famous for its marine park, declared first Biosphere Reserve in Maldives by UNESCO.

During 1 year, SMS was in charge to launch this new resort on the French market. We brought our expertise of the local market and participated to brainstormings about product.

In few months, we signed contracts with the main tours operators, eithers wholesellers (Exotismes, Thomas Cook, Tourinter-Passion des îles, Solea), Online Travel Agents (Karavel, Hotelissima, Cercle des Vacances), diving specialists (One Way Bleu, Tourisport) or tailor-made agents (Aya, Privilèges Voyages…).

Gold Zanzibar 4*+

Hotel Gold Zanzibar is a new oasis of elegance and refinement.

Opened in December 2012, the property charged SMS for its commercialization.

Located on the North West coast, this mid-range capacity property (67 units) is built on one of the most beautiful beach of the island with white powered sand and low tides. Our customers can enjoy the pristine water of the Indian Ocean all the daylong.

The hotel has cleverly mix modernity and tradition in its architecture and amenities.

Le Flamboyant Spa offers treatments from 3 to 6 days which allow to evacuate both fatigue and stress. Gold Zanzibar chose Products Healing Earth, from organic agriculture and manufactured in South Africa.

VCA is in charge of the sales office and helpdesk in France. Every year, more than 3 500 sales calls are performed. When a travel agent calls Avis, it is VCA's team who replies.

Air Austral

Air Austral is the leading airline on the route Paris – La Reunion and on Indian Ocean network. Twice a year, VCA is updating thousand of travel agencies with company' new information to enhance Airline's visibility among the trade.

Tourism Board of Mexico

Every year, VCA organises roadshows, workshops and trade evenings for the Tourism Board of Mexico (CPTM).

Jet Airways

Jet Airways has decided to launch a new direct service from Paris to Mumbai in May 2014. This international airline chose VCA to promote its first flight from France. VCA announced this great news to all travel agents by visiting each of them.


Kuoni is one of the leading tour operator in France. VCA is in charge of the sales calls to the Works Councils in Paris area.

British Airways

When British Airways wants to increase its visibility in the Provinces, it asks VCA to make sales calls to the local travel agents.

For promoting Croatia, VCA proposed an original and economical operation: to have 80 sales calls to travel agencies made by students in Tourism School. Selection, training, briefing, animation, inspection and reporting was completed successfully by VCA.

Turkish Airlines

Turkish Airlines has ambitious plans for its development in France, especially in the southern city of Marseille. VCA organizes recurrent sales calls to the travel agents located within the trading area of Marseille's airport.

Air Caraïbes

Air Caraïbes is the leading airline to the French West Indies, Guadeloupe & Martinique. VCA participates to this success by visiting travel agents, providing staff on the airline's stand during trade fairs and organizing workshops.
